INTEGRATED JOURNALING

… is a kind of laboratory developing innovative approaches to journaling. The principle behind it is straight forward: how can we evolve simple, but powerful journaling tools to enable us to live our best lives?

At InJo we believe that everyone has the capacity to embark on remarkable journeys of self discovery, through creating our own bespoke practice, which becomes as unique as it is empowering.

Initiated in 2020, by composer Eliot Lloyd Short, the approach began with Molecular Mindset, a way to manage multiple on going projects, work-life balance and achieve personal and professional goals. After four years of tried and tested application the method was shared with Health and Wellness Coach, Lucie Levova, leading to a series of workshops in 2024 and 2025.

During this time Liminal Reflection was developed and Integrated Journaling evolved further in its efficacy and impact on workshop participants. During the Spring of 2025 Work Psychologist Dan Erasmus joined the InJo team, leading to discussions around InJo’s potential applications in clinical and workplace settings.
